Below are a few of our standard workshops to give you a taste of what we do:

Our Customer Service workshop breaks down old expectations and preconceptions and re-lights your staff’s desire to ensure that every patient they deal with feels better for the experience.
  • Receptionists – Often the first contact your patients will come across, receptionists need to have the knowledge and skills necessary to help them. Our Receptionist workshop offers training in a relaxed environment where they are encouraged to network and share their experiences and ideas. What they are taught here is the foundation of an NVQ qualification if they wish to take the final steps after our course.
