One-to-one support
We offer a flexible, adaptive approach to coaching and mentoring that is guided by the staff development plans of each of our clients. The ultimate aim here is to nurture talent, build morale, and provide an environment where staff at all levels can feel valued and motivated.
Coaching is not a luxury for senior management only – it should be used throughout an organisation to take training to another level. With one-to-one support, coaching focuses on specific aspects of an individual’s training or understanding and helps them to put knowledge into practice. We have found that this degree of attention fosters loyalty and increased productivity and helps to reduce staff turnover.
Although also conducted on a one-to-one basis, mentoring is different from coaching. This is a career-focused discipline aimed to help individuals develop their roles within an organisation and to be all that they can be. It can also be used in times of change, such as the merger of different organisations and teams or during a round of redundancies, to stabilise an environment.
