A Funded Action Learning Programme for Managers that will help to achieve:
• Business Continuity Plans
• Influenza Pandemic Plans
• Service Development
We are please to state that not only does Dr Mark Spencer endorse this programme the LMC also supports the concept as they ‘recognise the importance of practices ‘buddying up’ to work on influenza Pandemic Contingency Plans’.
We will work with you and facilitate Action Learning Sets that will enable you to work with local practices as you develop and implement your Business Continuity Plans. The government funding of £500 will provide you with half-day Action Learning Set sessions with our experienced Health Sector Consultants.
Action Learning has been described as the most important form of management development to emerge in the past 20 years.
This programme has been designed by Management Consultant Jeanne Davies MSc. Jeanne is a Business Coach within the health sector who specialises in workforce and organisational development. Jeanne is currently working with the PCT to ensure that this programme is robust and effective.
As an Investors in People Practitioner her strengths lie in identifying opportunities to enhance business success. She developed the highly successful ‘3 in 1’ programme and is the co-author of the national publication ‘Efficient Systems for General Practice’.
