Achievements

  • As first regional then national special winner of a “National Training Award”, Jeanne has been recognised for her work and talents at the highest level.
  • She is the author of Efficient Systems for General Practice Administration, a book that she co-wrote with a practice manager as a national manual for helping practices develop effective systems and procedures.
  • Jeanne created the highly successful “3 in 1” programme for improving organisational and individual development.
  • She achieved a 20 per cent reduction in the working hours focused on identified tasks through improving systems and procedures while working with a large NHS Trust.
  • Jeanne’s work with another NHS Trust to introduce a “whole organisational” approach to improving patient experience resulted in more than 5 per cent of the workforce committing to an Adult Apprenticeship programme to further improve their skills and performance.
  • She was asked to develop a Business Continuity Programme which was rolled out to around 100 independent General Practices and Community Pharmacists.
