Jeanne Davies is the guiding force behind Davies Management Consultants and, working with numerous associates, she has built an organisation that offers unrivalled individual and organisational development to the Health and Social Care sector.

For the last 25 years Jeanne Davies has been working with clients across the very specialised Health and Social Care sector. Through workshops, coaching, training, mentoring and facilitation she has guided individuals, departments and entire organisations through periods of change, and improved efficiencies, practices and processes to be all that they can be.

Her Masters degree focus on the implementation of Investors in People and NVQs, ten years as an Investors in People practitioner and more than a decade working with the Learning and Skills Council managing 27 NHS Trusts in London – providing them with guidance on training solutions and business improvements – underpin Jeanne’s expertise in this area.

To complement her considerable experience in the corporate arena Jeanne has also trained with the some of the best Life Coaches and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) masters in the field.
